We’ve always liked the flat roof Rummer models. This one has a well organized floor plan with a section of open and flowing public spaces and an isolated private section containing the bedrooms. The plan combines with multiple outdoor zones that extend from, and become part of, the indoor spaces. This connecting of indoors to outdoors expands the perception of the depth of the indoors spaces to the outdoors beyond the physical walls. It is a well executed example of architects expanding inside spaces to the “lot line” and it is one of the reasons this house lives large with a feeling of spaciousness and light.
The new TPO membrane roof with added roof deck insulation along with the high efficiency gas furnace and insulated windows and doors provide a level of comfort not always found in Rummers. The public areas have new engineered hardwood floors and all bedrooms have new wool carpeting. The master bedroom is comprised of two rooms which can be used according to need and priority.
Updated kitchen and bathrooms make this home move-in ready.
